Kerri Einarson was born on October 3, 1987, in the small town of Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada. She is from a sports-oriented family. His parents were also curling lovers. They used to take Kerri to the local rink. So, Kerri was introduced to curling in her childhood.

In 2021, Team Einarson successfully defended their title at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, which is Canada's national women's curling championship. The tournament was held in a controlled environment known as a "bubble" in Calgary. This setup was taken to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. As a result, the event took place without any spectators, ensuring the safety of the participants and staff while allowing the competition to proceed. They won the final against Rachel Homan which was their second consecutive Scotties gold. During the 2021 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Einarson performed exceptionally well throughout the tournament. As a result, Kerri Einarson was named one of the first-team all-stars. She also won the 2021 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship with Brad Gushue.
